Aerial still photography

Includes overhead and obliques showing the properties location value. Approximately 10 - 20 high resolution photographs are delivered. 3 standard property dimension overlays are provided free of charge. Additional or customised overlays - $10 each.

Large Property Surcharge

Please note there is a $100 surcharge for large/rural/farm properties due to additional time and flights require to cover the property.

When must the booking be completed by (please give use at least a 3 day window because no one likes photos on a gloomy cloudy day). We generally can complete bookings withing 1-3 days, however please be mindful of bad weather delays.

Properties are shot ASAP. If the property is not ready to be shot ASAP please let us know. Please be advised that you you ask us not to shoot before a certain date, we may not meet your deadline due to weather and other bookings.

We will attempt to shoot on your preferred date, however, as we do not generally need access to the property, we will schedule you booking depending on weather and our other bookings.

If you require overlays for your images, please upload a site plan / tax / land gate / council map. (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf. Maximum size 15MB)

Who shall we send the invoice to?

Whilst we try to shoot and deliver within 2-5 working days as part of our standard service; For urgent requests, we can shoot and deliver your aerial photographs by 5pm the next business day. (Subject to good weather). The express fee of $150 is not payable if we fail to deliver the aerial photographs by 5pm the next business day. We deliver all media electronically via the Internet.

At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee may apply. Please see our FAQs for our Terms and Conditions. These prices include a $150 discount for Real Estate Institute member who settle their accounts on or before the due date.
